About My Philosophy
My name is Tanya Ledbetter, I live in Bend, Or.
I train barrel horses to resell as a good partner for the non trainer riders, I have a long term
breeding program in place crossing my son of On the Money Red stallion to my Judge Cash
mares for AQHA Barrel prospects. I lost this stallion June of 09. I will continue on and raise
-train the babies he left for me....I am standing a 2010 son now and a Dual Pep x Doc olena stud

I practice the Circle of Balance which includes good saddle fitting by using the The saddle
CorrecTOR by Len Brown, Dentistry,Chiropractics, balanced farrier work, and good sound
nutrition, & a great Vet.
I like to train horses to have a quiet disposition & willing attitude. A good balance of arena work
& trail riding is a big part of this.
Discipline is done by blocking bad behavior & making it easier to do right then to do wrong, not
whipping, yanking & beating. Horses have a better chance at succeeding when working with
them then working against them.
A very open mind is used when training to develop a stable environment to gain the trust they
need. Horses learn by habit & repetition. They do not wake up one day & decide to make your
day hard.
